The Role
We are looking for an Accounting and Office Coordinator who is quick on their feet, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the music merch world. This position is perfect for someone who is mostly focused on numbers but loves a dynamic workday. You will primarily handle our day-to-day accounting tasks, but you’ll also wear multiple hats to keep our Hollywood office humming.
While high-volume experience (handling lots of transactions from tours and e-commerce) is a major plus, it is not a strict requirement. What matters most to us is your attitude: you are willing to learn, sharp, and adaptive.
What You’ll Do
• Crunch the Numbers (Primary Focus): Compute, classify, and record financial data to keep our books spotless. This includes posting transactions, routine calculations, and verifying financial details across touring, retail, and e-commerce streams.
• Keep Us Fueled: Manage office inventory by ordering general supplies and keeping the snack and beverage bar stocked.
• Wear Many Hats: Provide crucial administrative support to the team, jump into special projects as they pop up, and help keep our workspace fun and organized.
