RAPVILLE is a viral music marketing agency. We've hit 100M+ organic views in the last 45 days and work with artists like Jason Derulo, Eric Bellinger, ZieZie, Jay1, and teams at Sony, Warner, and TikTok. We're hiring a Head of Productions to run our shoots across the USA. We deliver 30–50 shoots a month for clients all over the world, and we need someone who can take a finished creative brief and get it filmed - fast, well, and without drama. We need you to be available for USA hours to manage pre production and post production initiatives.

Skills & Responsibilities
• Advising artists on growth strategies and content direction
• Service recovery / de-escalation. This is the #1 skill for this role. The ability to take a heated client message and respond with calm, ownership, and a clear next step. Will be tested in the interview. 
• Project management instinct. After a next steps has been mapped out for a client who is unhappy, the steps must be actioned with spede to earn back trust - "clear tasks, clear due dates, ticket system to ops manager." You need to live in our project management tool, Monday.com and chase things to completion without being asked. If you’re loose with deadlines and managing many moving parts you’ll drown.
• Sales-adjacent EQ - not full sales. You need to spot signals for when someone is ready to upgrade their package. 
• Written + verbal communication. Most of the job is messages, Looms, and calls. You need to write clearly under pressure and stay composed on a tense call.
• Music industry fluency. A CSM who already understands what a viral hook is, why music artists invest in our services.
• Direct, non-defensive communication with internal team. They have to ride our strategists and editors for missed deliveries without making enemies. Tricky balance.
• Onboarding: Follow simple SOP for onboarding clients.

Response time - first response to any client message within a couple of hours during work days. Aiming 

Remuneration
28 USD per hour, 30 hours per week
