Founded in 2016 by Devin Brown, Elliot Brown Enterprises is an internationally expanding talent management firm representing recording artists, producers, athletes, actors, and digital creators across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and beyond. Our music division has structured major label and independent recording deals, publishing agreements, global distribution partnerships, brand endorsements, sync placements, and international touring strategies.
We are seeking an experienced A&R / Artist Manager to join our growing music division on a contract, commission-based structure. This is an opportunity for entrepreneurial music executives who want autonomy, upside potential, and the backing of a global management infrastructure.
Role Overview
This position is ideal for a self-motivated industry professional with an existing network and active artist relationships. You will identify, sign, and develop talent while leveraging the company’s global resources, legal support, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Source and sign emerging and established recording artists
• Lead creative development and sound direction
• Assist in Structure and negotiations of recording, publishing, distribution, and brand deals
• Develop release strategies and long-term career roadmaps
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, touring plans, and partnerships
• Grow revenue streams across streaming, live, brand, and sync
Compensation Structure
• Independent contractor role
• Commission-based earnings (industry-standard management splits)
• Performance-driven upside with no earning cap
• Opportunity to build a scalable artist roster under a recognized global brand
Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in A&R, artist management, or label roles
• Strong relationships with labels, producers, publishers, DSPs, and promoters
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue for artists

• Passion for discovering and scaling global talent
