Really Something Records is an independent record label and management company based in New York City, focused on developing left-of-center artists with a DIY ethos and global impact. Qualifications
• Strong taste and a genuine passion for discovering new artists and emerging culture
• Internet-native
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Gain
• Direct mentorship and hands-on experience working closely with the founder
• Development of a personal A&R project and extensive portfolio of work
• Real responsibility and ownership over projects, with guidance and support
• Exposure to all facets of the music business, including A&R, strategy, and operations
Internship Details
This internship runs June through August and is unpaid for college credit, with a monthly stipend to see live shows.
