We’re looking for a sharp, culturally fluent intern to operate at the intersection of pop and electronic music. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the early stages of an artist project, contributing directly to creative and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:
• Tracking new releases, trends, and emerging talent across DSPs and social media
• Supporting playlist research and competitor analysis
• Assisting in the development of mood boards, creative references, and sonic direction
• Maintaining databases and updating project timelines
• Providing general support across A&R and creative initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
• Deep curiosity and knowledge of current music trends, especially within pop and electronic spaces
• Finger on the pulse of new artists, scenes, and cultural moments
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• A creative mindset and passion for artist development
• Prior experience in music or entertainment a plus, but not required
