• You monitor current music trends and identify potential early on.
• You monitor song ideas for our roster and creative trends on social media.
• You participate regularly in A&R meetings and prepare A&R reports on a day-to-day basis.
• You establish first contact with potential signings and support the full scouting and signing process.
Your profile
• You're on TikTok "24/7" and always the first one to hear new trend sounds.
• You have strong repertoire knowledge in international dance / edm / electronic music.
• You work proactively, in an intrinsic way.
• You speak English fluently.
Your application
• You send a list of links of TikTok videos, that you found exciting in the last few days and that could be interesting for our company, based on the roster we currently work with. Early catches / blowing up sounds prefered!
• You also (if you like) send a list of tracks on Soundcloud that you really like, which not had a viral moment on TikTok yet.
• You also (if you like) send sample / topline ideas for our artists.
• Your resume.
