We're building Oury's roster by finding the next wave of breakout artists before anyone else does. We need someone who lives and breathes TikTok, SoundCloud, and emerging platforms to discover unsigned talent with serious potential.
What You'll Do:
• Submit 10 unsigned artist/track discoveries daily into our Monday.com system
• Each submission includes: artist profile link, track links, current metrics (followers/plays/engagement), why they have label potential, and genre/sound profile
• Scout both artists gaining early momentum AND hidden gems with strong fundamentals
• Focus on fresh talent - up and comming artists who are actively building
• Track your discoveries post-signing and refine your ear for what works
• Occasionally scout broader trends in production styles, emerging subgenres, or artist marketing tactics
You're a Fit If:
• You're on TikTok/SoundCloud 2-4+ hours daily actively discovering new music
• You understand EDM culture and can spot authentic talent vs. manufactured hype
• You know the difference between "about to break" and "already mainstream"
• You can evaluate artist potential beyond just one viral moment (consistency, branding, growth trajectory)
• You're comfortable using Monday.com or can learn quickly
• You can deliver consistent quality on a daily schedule
• You can take direction and pivot focus when label priorities shift
• Bonus: You follow @oury.co and understand our label's aesthetic
Compensation:
$100/week base + performance bonuses for artists who sign with Oury
