Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated A&Rs to actively scout and secure emerging talent. This is a hands-on, exclusive role for individuals deeply connected to music trends across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and streaming services. You aren't just finding viral spikes; you are directly contacting young artists and managers, organizing the deal flow, and pitching single-track licensing and distribution deals. We need a brilliant communicator who can sell an artist on the intrinsic worth of TRILLEX; our transparency, marketing power, and speed; before ever talking numbers. You will be responsible for both talent discovery and pipeline management, working as part of the core A&R team.

Key Responsibilities
Hunt Virality: Proactively scout artists and trends across TikTok, YouTube, SoundCloud, and Spotify to identify early-stage talent with strong growth potential.
Direct Outreach & Closing: Initiate outreach and build relationships with artists and their teams. Pitch TRILLEX’s value proposition (transparency, elite marketing, trust) to secure single-track deals with young producers and emerging managers.
Pipeline Management: Manage submissions, outreach, and deal flow. Maintain an organized and up-to-date A&R pipeline using ClickUp and Excel.
Post-Signing Management: Once the deal is closed, act as the primary point of contact for the artist. You will guide them through the release pipeline, coordinate with the marketing team on deliverables, and ensure our promise of transparency and elite communication is upheld throughout the rollout.
Professional Communication: Deliver clean, formatted, and professional messages/updates to artists and their management teams.
Collaborate & Strategize: Collaborate with internal teams on signing decisions and release strategy.

Qualifications & Profile
The Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an A&R role, preferably working for a viral-first label. Experience in music marketing or talent scouting is a plus.
Social Clout: You must have a great personal social media presence. You will frequently conduct outreach from your personal IG, so a strong follower count and established connections within the music industry are highly preferred.
The DNA: "Chronically online" with a strong understanding of current music trends and digital culture. You live in the Discord servers and TikTok feeds where these scenes are born.
The Ear: Deep familiarity with internet-driven music culture and fast-moving digital trends. You must possess a solid understanding of Phonk, Brazilian funk, Hardtekk, or evolving underground electronic scenes.
The Closer (Whatever It Takes): Proven ability to identify emerging talent early and confident in outreach and relationship building. You are a relentless closer who gets the job done and thinks outside the box to sign an artist. Whether it requires working overtime or being persistently annoying to lock down a deal, you do it. We are here to make big changes.
Relentless Sourcing: When a viral artist is hiding behind a blank profile with no visible email or Instagram linked, you know exactly how to dig through the internet, uncover their direct contact info, and initiate the pitch.
Flawless Communication: Absolute fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. You must be able to draft perfectly formatted, persuasive messages and be willing to jump on strategy or artist calls at a moment's notice to close a deal or align with the team.
The Operator: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proficient with Excel, Chartmetric, and tools like ClickUp (or willingness to learn).

Compensation
• Base - $1,000 + performance incentives (Up to $500/m) OR commission-based (depending on experience).
