We're opening up an A&R Accelerator programme at Relentless Records for a number of proactive, passionate and actively engaged future A&R's! These will be incredible hands-on opportunities right at the heart of our fast-paced team, and will be paid, part-time (2.5 days per week) roles running for a period of 6 months.

To ensure we can engage with future A&R's across London and beyond, these opportunities can be offered as remote roles, with the option of working from our London office in Kings Cross if preferred. They will be paid in line with national minimum wage / London living wage.

Candidates will be required to attend our weekly A&R meeting every Tuesday (with the potential to join remotely if based outside of London).

We're looking for proactive, digitally-native music fans who are obsessed with discovering new artists before everyone else. The ideal candidate spends time on TikTok, Instagram Reels and emerging online communities, understands how trends develop, and has a genuine pulse on youth culture. You'll already be tapped into developing artists in your local scene or online, know how to spot momentum early, and be excited by finding the next breakout record before it reaches the mainstream. Curiosity, initiative and great taste matter more than previous industry experience.

The successful candidates will be required to start in September 2026.
