The Role
To own the accurate and efficient processing of royalty data arising out of MLCS ® concert to ensure royalties are paid within the timescales of the Service.
The Live Team sits within the Membership department and focuses their time on royalties derived from live performances. The team’s primary focus is maintaining the Major Live Concert Service, MLCS™, as well as relationship management with our highest earning Live members and Live teams at affiliate societies around the globe.
Responsibilities:
As our Live Administrator, some of your day to day duties will include…
• Work with the Senior Live Music Specialists to process royalty data arising out of Major Concerts licensed under the MLCS ® to the tight deadlines prescribed by the service.
• Provide detailed reporting as required on the status of payments to senior management.
• Advise management as to any identified reporting gaps, inaccuracies or patterns arising out of data processing.
• Build internal knowledge for key stakeholders around the live industry, licensing and distribution practices.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:
• First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
• Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
