One Little Independent Record****s is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, working from our South-West London office with the opportunity for hybrid working.

At the centre of our digital campaigns, you’ll work across our UK and international roster alongside Project Management, International, Design and artist teams.

We’re looking for someone who brings together creative thinking and hands-on digital expertise. You’ll understand artists, audiences and fan communities, and know how to turn campaign goals into engaging, measurable activity across paid media, social, DSPs and emerging platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Shape and deliver digital marketing strategies across UK and international artist campaigns

Plan, book, manage and optimise paid media across Meta, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms

Collaborate with DSPs and partners to support releases, build audiences and deliver wider campaign goals

Create fan-focused social and digital campaigns that feel authentic to each artist and their audience

Brief and manage digital creative across social content, video, advertising, websites and other campaign assets

Use audience insights, analytics and campaign data to improve performance and inform wider marketing decisions

Collaborate with international teams and partners to adapt digital campaigns effectively for priority markets

Own digital marketing budgets, tracking spend and evaluating campaign performance

Develop strong relationships with social, digital, technology and agency partners

Keep up with changes across social platforms, digital advertising, DSPs, fan engagement and music technology, identifying useful new opportunities for our artists

About You

You’ll have solid digital marketing experience, ideally within music, entertainment or another creative industry, and practical knowledge of paid media booking, Meta Ads Manager, social strategy, DSPs, analytics and audience development.

You’ll be comfortable getting into the detail of campaigns as well as thinking about the bigger picture. You’re organised, creatively minded and collaborative, with the project-management skills to handle multiple artists, budgets and partners at once.

You’ll be a clear and confident communicator who is personable and discreet, and comfortable working directly with artists and industry stakeholders at all levels.
