About Live Republic
Live Republic runs some of the UK's best-loved club nights and live event brands, bringing fans together at sold-out nights across the country.
Our portfolio is led by Groovebox, our flagship electronic brand, alongside GirlyPop, RNB Mania, K-Pop Live, The Magic Of Christmas and Catseye. Each brand has its own audience, tone of voice and event calendar, and we tour across UK cities year-round.
We're a lean, ambitious team that likes building things: our own marketing platform, automated reporting and AI-powered creative workflows. We measure ourselves on full rooms, with a target of 80% fill on every event and the ambition to sell out.
The role
You'll own every owned-channel touchpoint between a fan and our brands, and make email and SMS one of our biggest ticket-sales drivers.
Our ticketing data already flows into Brevo, so the foundations are there. What we need is someone to build on them: segment our audiences properly, automate the journeys that sell tickets while we sleep, and prove the revenue impact. You'll set the overall CRM strategy and lead a team of CRM Executives who build and send the mailers day to day. Your job is to decide what we send, to whom and why, then make sure the team delivers it brilliantly. You'll know Brevo well enough to guide, review and unblock, without being the one building every email.
Key responsibilities
Team leadership
• Line-manage and develop the CRM Executives who build, test and send campaigns and automations.
• Set priorities, briefs and quality standards, and review work before it goes out.
• Build clear processes, templates and a shared campaign calendar so the team can move fast across six brands.
Strategy and ownership
• Own the CRM, email and SMS strategy for all six brands, with a clear plan, calendar and revenue targets.
• Grow and protect a healthy, GDPR- and PECR-compliant database, including consent, preference centres and list hygiene.
• Report on CRM-attributed ticket revenue, and show where email and SMS move the needle against our 80% fill target.
Lifecycle automation
• Design and optimise automated journeys in Brevo: welcome, on-sale and pre-sale alerts, abandoned checkout, tier and price-rise reminders, last-chance pushes, pre-event information and post-event follow-up.
• Design win-back, re-engagement and cross-brand journeys, for example moving an RNB Mania buyer towards GirlyPop or Groovebox where it fits.
• Launch and run automated post-event NPS surveys, and feed the results back into our reporting.
Campaigns and segmentation
• Plan high-converting campaigns for every on-sale, line-up announcement and final release, with the CRM Executives building and sending them.
• Build segments from ticket purchase data: brand, city, event attended, ticket type, spend and recency.
• Run a disciplined A/B testing programme on subject lines, send times, creative and offers.
Data and collaboration
• Work with ticketing data from Skiddle as it flows into Brevo, and keep attributes and events clean and useful.
• Work alongside the paid social team and agency to sync audiences into Meta for retargeting and lookalikes.
• Shape how CRM data shows up in Media Hub, our in-house marketing platform, and contribute to automation projects such as our customer DM chatbot.
• Manage deliverability: domain authentication, sender reputation, bounce and spam monitoring.

Brevo is the heart of the role; the rest is the ecosystem it connects to.

What you'll bring
Essential
• 4+ years in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing, with at least 1–2 years owning strategy, not just execution.
• Experience managing and developing a CRM or email team, or a clear step up from leading junior colleagues.
• Hands-on expertise in Brevo, or a comparable platform (Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Dotdigital) and the appetite to master Brevo quickly.
• A track record of building automated journeys that drove measurable revenue.
• Strong segmentation and data skills: comfortable with contact attributes, events, spreadsheets and basic SQL or similar.
• Sharp copywriting instincts and the ability to flex tone across very different brands and audiences.
• Solid knowledge of UK GDPR, PECR and email deliverability.
• Commercial focus: you think in tickets sold and revenue, not just open rates.
Desirable
• Experience in live events, music, nightlife, ticketing or e-commerce with time-sensitive sales.
• SMS and WhatsApp marketing experience.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, Zapier or n8n.
• Experience syncing CRM audiences with Meta or TikTok ads.
• Confident using AI tools to speed up copy, testing and analysis.
• A genuine love of live music and club culture.
