**Minimum Prior Relevant Role Experience: **12-24 months working in dance music & club culture inside social media.

**The role **
We're looking for a freelance social media manager with experience within dance music and club culture to work alongside our UK team to help deliver on the in-event content social media roll out of one of the most iconic club brands in New York and the huge international DJs they book to play each week.
The role will primarily focus on supporting the UK Hype Lab team by directing and curating post-event recap posts for the club brand after each event (Friday, Saturday and some Sundays), working directly with the client in New York to roll these out. You must have a keen eye for curation; understanding what club content connects best across Instagram & TikTok, and understanding when to trigger different formats such as Reels or Carousels.
You will also feedback to the UK team and client directly to help direct future content capture, helping to shape future content and the overall perception of the club brand through some of its most important social media content.
**Your responsibilities **
Review all content delivered by the in-club content capture team after each event
Curate your suggested content into best-in-class social media posts following each event, including copy
Organising and sorting content from the client's servers onto our own Dropbox
• Providing feedback and direction on how the client's in-club team can improve or be more creative with content capture at events
**Who are you? **
You'll flourish here if you:
You’re immersed in music culture - from artists & scenes to fan communities
• You have an excellent creative eye and understand what type of club content is going to engage the audience
• You are a strong copywriter, being able to adapt scene understanding and the client's TOV to craft engaging, cultural aware captions
You live and breathe social media and know what is flying and what isn't inside dance music and the club scene
You’re organised and proactive - you deliver on time and on brief
You’re collaborative, and are happy to work with clients to ensure they are happy with what is rolling out
You’ve got a keen eye for detail and visual content consistency
