As The SSL Ticket Operations Coordinator, You Will…

Reporting to the Manager of SSL & Ticket Operations, the Coordinator will be primarily focused on processing SSL (Stadium Seat License) transactions, handling collections, and maintaining database integrity.

More Specific Responsiblities Include, But are Not Limited To...

• Primary responsibility is to handle SSL collections outreach, customer service and default notifications
• Process SSL deposits and payments for SSL holders
• Responsible for creating, verifying, and processing refinance, transfer, and termination contracts
• Approve, countersign and process all SSL transfers
• Sell on specific year’s default event to keep track of outstanding balances in future years for both SSL and season ticket member clients
• Calculate interest for accounts who would like to pay their SSL in full
• Interact with both the Rams and Chargers for account updates as needed
• Assist in annual invoice setup

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year working in a sports/entertainment environment preferred
• Team player with ability to work accurately and independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, & Archtics is a plus
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks
Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hourLocation:    Inglewood, CA (On-site)
