Artist Operations Manager (Full-Time • Remote)

We’re looking for an exceptional Artist Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of one of the world’s leading electronic music artists.

This is a full-time, long-term position for a highly experienced professional. We are not looking for entry-level candidates, freelancers, or temporary assistants. Only applicants with a proven background supporting high-profile individuals or internationally touring artists will be considered.

What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee the artist’s day-to-day operations and ensure every aspect of his professional and personal logistics runs seamlessly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing complex international travel (commercial flights, private aviation, hotels, villas, VIP airport services, chauffeurs and ground transportation)

• Coordinating travel for family members when required

• Managing visas, work permits, passport renewals and global immigration requirements

• Maintaining the artist’s calendar, meetings, studio sessions and personal appointments

• Coordinating with booking agencies, promoters, hotels, airlines, chauffeurs and local partners worldwide

• Managing international shipments, DHL/FedEx/UPS deliveries, customs documentation and time-sensitive packages

• Handling reservations, operational requests and day-to-day logistics

• Monitoring travel in real time and proactively resolving cancellations, delays, missed connections and other unexpected situations

• Acting as the central operational point of contact across all stakeholders

Who You Are

You thrive in fast-paced international environments and enjoy solving complex logistical challenges before they become problems.

You are calm under pressure, highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You anticipate needs rather than react to them and take pride in delivering flawless execution with complete discretion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in artist operations, executive assistance, luxury travel, concierge services or international logistics

• Experience supporting touring artists, executives, celebrities, athletes or UHNW individuals

• Excellent knowledge of international travel, visas and global logistics

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

• Absolute professionalism, confidentiality and discretion

• Flexible schedule with availability outside standard office hours when necessary
