The Office Administrator manages day-to-day office operations, coordinates administrative procedures, and ensures an efficient workplace.
Essential Functions:
• Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients with a positive attitude, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Managing phone calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain office security by following safety protocols and managing visitors sign in logbook.
• Perform various clerical tasks such as ordering office supplies, preparing sheets for production time, managing warranty cards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/letters. Including mail distribution and mail metering machine operation and supplies.
• Help Support and organize company functions.
• Kit and assemble parts for the printed circuit board area.
• Sort and prepare purchase orders for mailing.
• Help HR with new employee onboarding.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
