Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain studio cleanliness, presentation, and organization
• Provide hospitality and support for studio clients and sessions
• Assist with studio errands, food, and beverage service
• Handle session setup and breakdown
• Support mic setup, patching, documentation, and note taking
• Manage files, backups, and session distribution
• Assist engineers during recording sessions
• Monitor studio equipment and supply inventory
• Perform light studio maintenance
Qualifications
• 2+ years in a studio, engineering, or hospitality-related role
• Basic knowledge of studio equipment, signal flow, mic setups, and vocal recording
• Experience with patch bays
• Familiarity with Pro Tools (Logic, Ableton, and FL Studio a plus)
• Experience editing vocals with Celemony Melodyne.
• Understanding of console operation and studio workflow
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
